GA Experts, this is the second time I have seen you refer to AdWord analysis in GA at the AdGroup level, but I haven’t figured out how to do it. I can find them in AdWord Analysis but that doesn’t show you goals. I can do All CPC Analysis and click on the + sign, get the keywords and then segment by campaign but not by AdGroup. Advice?

    Hi Robbin,

You’re absolutely right. You can break down AdWords to the AdGroup level in the AdWords Analysis report and then analyse your ecommerce data, but not goal conversions. It’s a feature that our own PPC management team have mentioned on several occasions and we will be submitting a feature request to Google on this very subject. In the meantime, we use the CPC vs Organic report to look at individual keyword conversion rates. Watch this space….
