If you have an AdWords account then you can click on the ‘Analytics’ tab within your account to sign up or just visit http://www.google.com/analytics/.

When you are ready to set up your account there are lots of resources to help you, such as the Installation Guide and all the info in the Google Analytics Help Centre.
