How hard can it be?
A key strength of Google Analytics, one that broke the mold for web analytics vendors when launched in in 2005, is its ease of implementation. Just copy and paste the JavaScript code given to you when you setup an account to all of your pages - and that's it. Data will start to stream into your account within 24 hours.
Of course, if you wish to go beyond the basics of counting visits, there is a lot more to it than just collecting data - and this is what we specialise in...
For example: How you structure your data and configure reports will determine the ease to which your end-users will be able to digest information; Defining success, which means monetising your website - either directly with e-commerce tracking, or indirectly by assigning goal values - is ultimately what you wish to acheive, so that you can benchmark yourself; And all this needs integrating with other aspects of your orgainisation - from marketing to sales finance and all the people in between. Of course, those people also need training.
Our Google Analytics professional services cover all of these points - managed by two experienced former Googlers. Ultimately, our hope is that you will use Google Analytics as the central platform from which to measure the success of all aspects of your online business.
